Bylaws
This set of bylaws was approved at a General Meeting of the Coop, in May 2019.
It replaces the entire previous set that was approved around year 2000 and was sometimes referred to as the “updated Blue Bylaws”.

Amendments
- 30 September 2024: Bylaw 21 – amend Organizational Bylaw: number of Directors to 7, require nominations before elections.(pdf)
- 3 November 2025: amend Spending Bylaw: raise lowest limit before 3 quotes required to $5500.(tba)
